Terms & Conditions – HWP Ltd €1,500 Luxury Holiday Giveaway
1. Promoter
This giveaway is organised by HWP Ltd, trading as HWP Estate Agents, located at Unit B14, Ballymount Corporate Park, Ballymount Avenue, Dublin 12, D12 CV91.
2. Eligibility
Open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or older.
To qualify, entrants must sign a valid PRSA Listing Agreement with HWP Ltd to sell a residential property between 1st July 2025 and 22nd December 2025.
The PRSA Listing Agreement is a legally required contract under the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PRSA) in Ireland, which allows HWP Ltd to act as your agent for the sale of your property.
Must have unconditional contracts exchanged to be eligible for entry.
One entry per qualifying property.
Employees of HWP Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
Entry is automatic upon signing a valid PRSA Listing Agreement with HWP Ltd during the promotional period (1st July to 22nd December 2025).
No additional purchase or fee is required beyond the standard terms of engaging HWP Ltd to sell your property.
As part of your listing, you will be asked to sign a form accepting these Terms & Conditions.
All entries must be received by 5:00 PM on 22nd December 2025 to be eligible.
4. Prize
The winner will receive a Luxury Holiday Voucher worth €1,500, redeemable with a travel provider chosen by HWP Ltd.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The voucher must be collected in person from the HWP office after successful contact has been made with the winner and a suitable date and time has been agreed.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement
One winner will be selected at random during the live draw on January 16th, 2026 on HWP's official social media channels.
The draw will be conducted using Random.org, a trusted and neutral random selection platform, to ensure fairness.
The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email within 7 days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, HWP Ltd reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees to allow HWP Ltd to use their name, general location (e.g., town/county), and images for promotional purposes, including use on social media and the company website. This is a condition of entry and prize acceptance.
7. Data Protection
All personal data collected will be handled in line with GDPR and HWP Ltd’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway. You can view our Privacy Policy at www.hwp.ie/privacy-policy (update with exact URL if needed).
8. General
HWP Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
HWP Ltd also reserves the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these Terms and Conditions or attempts to interfere with the fair running of the competition.
Entry into the giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
